How to measure for a sports bra

Grab a non-wired, non-padded bralette or crop top and a tape measure to get started.

Your Underbust Measurement
Hold one end of the tape directly underneath your bust, front and centre. Pull it around your back to meet the front and note this number.

Your Bust Size
Hold the tape at the centre again, this time around the fullest part of your chest. Don't pull too tight — just secure enough that it doesn't droop.
